the receptionist was friendly. the room was warm and quiet. i stored my bag after check-out in their luggage room. the tram station near the building made downtown access easy.
the parking was 15€ per night. they did not change towels or anything else during cleaning. the cleaning lady unlocked the door early one morning without waiting for a response.

the location worked for me. the reception hall has a nice appearance. breakfast offered a decent selection. the hotel is close to a tram stop, number 71.
the room walls are thin. i heard my neighbors easily. our room didnt have air conditioning. the room felt warm and stuffy because the windows barely opened.
